Here at Eat Conscious we are a husband and wife team.
Nick does the technical elements of the business and Chelsea does all the cooking and developing delicious plant-based food!
We started this business because Nick has multiple sclerosis and can no longer work at his prior physically demanding job. We wanted to find a way to make money doing something that gave our family flexibility while navigating the specific challenges to Nicks condition. To be honest we never thought we would be doing this full time!!
What started as a Facebook post asking if anyone would be interested in healthy, home cooked meals; has morphed into something much more.
We are so grateful to everyone who has supported us on this journey so far and our amazing customers!
Please know that when you buy from us you are supporting our little family and we are incredibly humbled and in awe that people actually want to eat our food each week! (Even though we know its really good!)
