Each week we create delicious, plant based meals that are packed with healthy goodness. 
Just pick the size and frequency that works for you.

We Cook and Deliver!

We create fresh, then deliver your ready to eat meal on Friday's between 2-5:30pm. 
We deliver in Maungaturoto, Ruakaka, and Whangarei, and also have a few pick up points.

Peanut Satay Pie!

We're doing it again!
This meal was so popular we're giving it a quick come back!

Roasted seasonal vegetables in a creamy peanut satay sauce topped with either regular or gluten free pastry. 
This pie has been one of our most requested repeats!!

Pumpkin and Chickpea Curry

A new curry on the menu!
This time we have a tomato and pumpkin based curry with chickpeas and spinach served with turmeric rice. 
This curry is a really hearty and healthy dish but still tastes amazing. 
The spices and flavours all come together beautifully to form something delicious and comforting at the same time.

Mega Bean Burritos!

It's back!
One of our favourite meals. 
A delicious and hearty bean and vegetable burrito mix in tortillas with all the flavours of autumn produce. 
Add cashew chipotle sauce to make this meal absolutely kicking! 


I would definitely recommend food from Eat Conscious! Super yummy plant based meals that even my carnivor hubby will happily enjoy😊 Perfect for a healthy takeaway and great value for moneyπŸ‘Œ
